Atkins started it about three months. because you are just carbohydrates, you must move away from corn products.

The tortilla factory tortillas are great. that the good taste and only 3 net carbs per tortilla. The lowest I've seen is. Purchase in my store supermarket chain. Good luck with your diet, the less carbs!

I want to say with certainty that the seed would be a much better solution. My weakness is bread, buy bread, sprouted grain Ezekiel. Took some getting used to, but now I am love. Moreover, it seems as addictive as the more elaborate, so I definitely eat much less. Can you sprout your experience with wheat tortillas, it becomes more of a Nutrition whollop traditional tortillas, and you will be more satisfied with less. In any case, is down on the glycemic index. Processed less the better, forever. Good luck in your search, it seems that in the right direction!
